Who We Are
Elizabeth and Katherine are co-authors, with Sandra Krebs Hirsh, of the second editions of Introduction to Type® and Teams and MBTI® Teambuilding Program: Leader’s Resource Guide. Together they co-authored Introduction to Type® and Decision Making (2007) and Building Your Career Transition Strategy: A Framework for Managing the Reintegration Process. Katherine has a doctorate in Experimental Psychology from York University (UK). Elizabeth has a Master’s degree in Educational Psychology, Counseling from University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. Katherine served as the Conference Chair and Elizabeth served as the Program Chair for the Association for Psychological Type International (APTi) Conference, Portland, 2005. Katherine is a past President of APTi. Katherine has preferences for INTP and Elizabeth for INFP.
Katherine W. Hirsh, DPhil has been involved in university teaching, faculty development/coaching, and MBTI® training for more than twenty years. She has taught at Cambridge University (UK), Cardiff University (UK), Macalester College (MN) and the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities and consulted with clients locally, nationally, and internationally. Elizabeth D. Hirsh, MS has been involved in consulting, counseling, career development/coaching, and MBTI® training for more than twenty years. She has provided guidance to people and organizations locally, nationally, and internationally. She has worked with for-profit, non-profit, and educational institutions.
